Ms. Zeng Xieqin, HR director of TK Holdings granted the title of Chief Talent Officer at the first competition in Shenzhen

With a view to praising excellent HR personnel of enterprises in Shenzhen during the fast development of the HR industry, the 2017 HR Selection was jointly initiated by Shenzhen Human Resource Association, Beijing University, www.CJOL.com and Zhaopin.com, attracting the participation of more than 2,000 participants. Finally, ten Shenzhen Chief Talent Officers were selected. According to the rules of the event, there were four means of participation and selection: network voting, professional knowledge examination, expert interview result, and questionnaire survey. After fierce competition, Ms. Zeng Xieqin, HR director of TK Holdings (“TK”), won the title of Shenzhen Chief Talent Officer. She attributed her award to TK’s close cooperation and great support for the corporate strategy and long-term planning with respect to the human resources sector, and its outstanding performance in the attraction and retaining of excellent talents in the construction of the talent echelon, the erection of the performance system, the management of the remuneration and welfare management, and the communication with and care for staff members. The award ceremony was grandly held at the International Conference Hall in Shenzhen High-tech Industrial Park on June 30, which had attracted the attention of the government, enterprises and media. A total of over 400 HR personnel attended this ceremony and more than ten media conducted live reports.

At the ceremony, Secretary General of Shenzhen Human Resource Association delivered a speech, Liu Hui, HR management expert, gave a special speech of “HR’s Future Strategy and Trend during the Period of Transformation,” Specially-appointed Professor Chu Tian from the President Class of Tsinghua University delivered the speech of “Focus on HR Output and Promote the Reformation of Enterprises;” and Zhang Nanxin from the HR Research Institute of Zhaopin South China Area delivered the speech of “the White Paper of the 2017 Shenzhen HR Occupational Development Status and Challenges.” Thereafter, Chen Yangsheng, He Wensheng, HR Director of Kung Fu Restaurant, Cheng Haitao, HR Director of Fangte Group of Huaqiang Group and editor in chief of First Resources participated in the forum and shared their insights and wisdom with the theme of “the Future of HR: Reflection and Communication from the Perspective of Strategy.”

In the following was the donation of 400 Xinhua Dictionaries, whereat the HR personnel wrote their blessings. 100 excellent HR directors were presented awards in four categories, along with certificates and cups.

Ms. Zeng Xieqin showed her excitement for being selected as Shenzhen Talent Officer at the first activity of its kind. She expressed her thanks to the elaborate preparation of the sponsors, the recognition of the juries and the support of TK Holdings. She said that she was willing to achieve common development and progress in the HR career along with other peers so as to create the community for the interests of talents and enterprises, enhance HR’s influence among enterprises and promote the development of the HR sector.
