Enhancing efficiency to embrace the future

The award ceremony of the 2017 China HR Management Outstanding Prize was held at Sunrise Kempinski Hotel Beijing, the official venue of APEC Beijing, on April 21. Ms. Zeng Xieqin, HR Director of TK Holdings (“TK”), attended the event at the invitation of the organizer.


“The HR Management Outstanding Prize” selection activity was sponsored by www.51job.com, the largest HR service provider in China and the listed company on NASDAQ. It was also one of the largest and most authoritative and outstanding selection activities in the field of human resources. With the theme of “Enhancing efficiency to embrace the future,” this activity had selected the excellent enterprises which could update the HR management concepts and establish the comprehensive talent management system in the age when change has taken place in the economic structure in China, and which sees the co-existence of both difficulties and hopes. In such age, they can significantly support the development of enterprises by means of properly selecting, cultivating, employing, adjusting and stimulating policies through scientific tools.


TK’s HR department was granted the 2017 HR Management Outstanding Prize for its excellent performance: close cooperation and support to the corporate strategy, as well as excellent performance in the aspects of attraction and retaining of excellent talents, the employee’s compensation, proportion of promotion, organizational development and corporate cultural construction.


This activity had attracted the participation of over 10,000 excellent enterprises. Finally, 37 Shenzhen enterprises won the awards, including such well-known enterprises as China Merchants Bank, SF Express, Galaxy Holding, China Star Optoelectronics Technology, BGI and Mindray.

Actually there is no backward industry, but only backward thinking. The traditional industries can realize the reformation in the internal manufacturing and sales, etc. by virtue of modern science and technologies. The flattening of the management will become more prevalent and the change of the internal management relations inside the enterprise will also step up.
