TK’s 3Q18 employee communication conference is held smoothly

In order to enhance the communication and exchanges between employees, promote the building of corporate culture, create a normal communication platform, and put into practice understanding, respect and care for employees, TK held the employee communication conference for the third quarter of 2018 at 14:00 on September 27, 2018 in the lecture hall on the first floor of the administration building. More than 280 persons including senior executives, managers and employee representatives attended the conference. The East China Division also participated in the conference through on-site connection.

The first part of the conference was to thank the winning teams and individuals in the last quarter for their long-term contributions to TK. It was their dedication and hard work that made today’s TK.

The second part was self-introduction of 10 new D-level colleagues in this quarter. They were Liao Yalin, Engineering Manager of Suzhou Injection Molding Department; Cui Jingjing, Quality Supervisor of Suzhou No.1 Injection Molding Department; Wang Zhiguo, Engineering Director of No.3 High Efficiency Engineering Department; and Zheng Manzhong, Salary & Performance Manager of Human Resources Department. Wang Zhiguo was absent due to a business trip. Welcome the new colleagues with warm applause. I believe that their admission would bring fresh vitality to TK.

In the third part, Ms. Zeng Xieqin, Director of the Human Resources Department, gave a brief presentation and sharing on the WeChat complaints. She said that as of the third quarter, TK received a total of 26 complaints (18 in management, 4 in ethics, and 4 in security), of which 24 had been processed and 2 were being processed. I hope that everyone would continue to follow TK’s WeChat complaint platform and offer advice and suggestions for the TK's development.

The fourth part was employee's voice and suggestions. This time we collected a total of nine questions in advance, including monthly time sheet confirmation, quarterly inventory confirmation, reduction in manual delivery, annual leave, night duty allowance for B-level employees, little rest in night shift, and broadband installation in staff quarters. Relevant persons in charge gave detailed answers. After that, representatives present at the conference also participated in the communication through WeChat wall. The senior management responded to employees’ voices and suggestions. Nearly 80 employees' voices were submitted to the on-site WeChat wall. Since the conference time was limited, the problems that were not answered on the spot would be followed up by the Human Resources Department.

As the conference drew to a close, Ms. Yang Xiaocui from the Engineering Division of the No.1 Special Injection Molding Department shared her understanding of corporate culture. She mentioned not choosing work blindly or changing jobs frequently; otherwise, you might have a lot of work experience, but had no specific skills actually, which would easily cause losses to your career. Achieving a goal requires process and time, and what we have to do is to persevere.

Let us work together to overcome difficulties and create a splendid future. The Q3 employee communication conference ended successfully in the applause of the participants.
