Talent Development Overview

We are dedicated to building a comprehensive talent growth system through talent development programs and the construction of a talent pipeline. Our talent development initiatives focus on fostering employees’ growth at all levels, from entry-level to senior management, through a range of customized leadership and professional development programs. We provide professional skill enhancement for marketing staff, engineers, and internal trainers, and use knowledge competitions to inspire employees’ innovative thinking and professional passion.

In terms of talent pipeline development, we focus on early training for students and in-depth identification of high-potential employees already in the workforce. We recruit vocational school graduates, offering them a pathway to becoming professional technical experts, while also attracting high-potential graduates from universities to nurture future workplace leaders and managers. Furthermore, we implement high-potential talent assessments to ensure a stable and high-quality talent supply chain for the company.

To better support talent development, we have introduced an online learning platform, providing employees with flexible learning options and a wealth of resources to encourage self-driven learning and growth. We believe that through these integrated measures, the company will cultivate a workforce that is not only skilled but also innovative, providing a strong talent foundation for sustainable business growth.

Talent Development Programs
Spark Program
Launched in 2013, the Spark Program has successfully completed seven cohorts. This program enhances supervisors’ understanding of their roles within the leadership hierarchy, helping them work at the appropriate leadership level, establish the right work philosophy, manage time effectively, and improve leadership skills.
Gold Medal Team Leader Program
The Gold Medal Team Leader program focuses on improving team leaders’ communication and execution skills. It helps them clarify their role within the team, manage the site effectively, pay attention to details, and acquire essential technical and interpersonal skills, enabling team members to become experts in their field.
Advanced Leadership Program
To enhance the leadership capabilities of senior executives, we collaborate with leading global leadership development consulting firms to create an Advanced Leadership Development Program. This program includes workshops on personal development, coaching techniques, translating strategy into results, driving transformation, building networks, emotional intelligence, organizational influence, and other key areas of leadership development.
Excellence in Management Program
Designed for mid-level managers, the Excellence in Management Program aims to strengthen their leadership abilities and enhance their strategic execution skills. In this program, we offer 12 courses, including MBTI career personality analysis, role recognition of a professional manager, situational leadership, employee engagement, translating strategy into results, performance development processes, delegation, conflict management, personal development, recruitment skills, coaching skills, and interactive management.

To cultivate TK Group’s future professional managers and build a talent pipeline for the company's leadership, we have established a pathway to connect general management, marketing management, and technical management with our leadership development strategy. The TK Group TKEL Program (TK’s Emerging Leader Program) aims to achieve this vision. Currently, TKEL includes four categories:

The International Management Trainee Program aims to introduce and cultivate talented mid-to-senior level managers with an international perspective for TK. The program focuses on developing excellent managers who embody TK’s core values. The New Talent initiative is designed to nurture top graduates into exceptional professionals in the workplace. TK Internship Program. TK offers an exceptional internship platform, providing invaluable industry experience and helping to establish TK as a leading brand in the industry.

Vocational School Talent Development

To leverage the synergy between educational institutions and corporate needs, TK Group has established partnerships with various vocational schools. The joint training program aims to cultivate skilled talent while fostering mutual growth and shared cultural values between the company and educational institutions.
